Who we are
DND Construction Services Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a family-run building company registered in England & Wales (company number [TBC]). We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@dndconstruction.co.uk or on 07469 874864.
What we collect
We collect the details you give us when you get in touch:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Details about your project and property that you share with us
- Anything else you include in an enquiry, call or email
We don’t collect anything in the background. Our website doesn’t use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange site visits and deliver the work you’ve asked us to do. Our legal basis is taking steps to enter into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If you become a customer, we keep project records for as long as we’re required to for warranty, insurance and accounting purposes.
Who we share it with
We never sell your details. We only share them with providers we use to run the business, such as our website hosting and email providers, and only as far as needed to respond to you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@dndconstruction.co.uk and we’ll sort it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
